NWCH Professional Services Framework tender is now live!

The North West Construction Hub (NWCH) and Southern Construction Framework (SCF) have jointly launched a Professional Services Framework, enabling clients swift and simple access to multi disciplinary design and management professionals; specialists in delivering successful outcomes through integrated working.

NWCH and SCF invite applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the supply of NWCH/SCF Integrated Consultancy Framework (ICF). This is a joint procurement with Manchester City Council, Hampshire County Council and Devon County Council to provide construction consultancy services to all public sector bodies across South West England, South East England, London, North West England, West Midlands and North Wales.

Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/ProjectManage/11039, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 1400 hrs on Friday 22 November 2019.

Due to commence on 4th May 2020 for a period of 4 years, the new Professional Services Framework will complement NWCH and SCF construction frameworks, key members of the NACF (National Association of Construction Frameworks), and will be available in regional lots to public sector clients in the North West, South West, South East, London, Wales, and West Midlands. This framework will enable its users to demonstrate value for money from an open book system of accounting, design innovation and the removal of waste from the process of procurement, with the added benefit of being a nationally run framework that focuses on local value.

Keith Heard, Framework Manager for Southern Construction Frameworks said:  “I am looking forward to this framework providing public sector clients with a group of consultants and sub-consultants who are truly focused on delivering 2 stage collaborative services to support and fully compliment the great results that have been achieved over the last decade and beyond, by contractor partners on high achieving two-stage collaborative construction frameworks”

Ian Hall, Interim Framework Lead for North West Construction Hub said: “This framework is an opportunity for industry leaders to not only develop a more sustainable ‘off-site’ and ‘digital construction’ solution for public sector clients but also to allow for local SME engagement and well-being. Single framework procurement is a mechanism to save time, cost and resources by doing it once, with the right values and culture in mind that allows for high impact solutions”.

John Finlay (Director at Value in Construction Limited) said: “I am looking forward to this framework providing public sector clients with a group of consultants and sub-consultants who are truly focused on delivering 2 stage collaborative services to support and fully compliment the great results that have been achieved over the last decade and beyond, by contractor partners on high achieving two-stage collaborative construction frameworks”
