ISG creates graduate social value role to support work across the North West
NWCH Framework Partner, ISG, has created a graduate social value role as it responds to the needs of the North West community in the wake of COVID-19.
The company created an apprentice social value role in 2019 and is now looking to develop more training roles for graduates looking to leave a lasting impact in the wider community.
“Social value is a very rewarding career. Every day I see the impact our work has, to support a community and help people flourish is what gets me up in the morning. Now more than ever, the communities we work in need our help and support in the wake of COVID-19. As a contractor partner to the NWCH, we work with people to listen and learn how we can support them best. It’s not a one-size fits all approach and we want to make sure that we are training and developing the next generation of social value specialists.” Joy Woods, Senior Social Value and Sustainability Manager, ISG.
