It is with great sadness that we must announce that as of close of play on Friday 31st July, Assistant Framework Manager, Lewis Sharman, will be moving on from North West Construction Hub.
Lewis will be taking up a role as Retrofit Advisor on a project called People Powered Retrofit with the Carbon Co-op. His role will involve working with homeowners in Manchester to help them undertake energy efficiency works.
Lewis joined the Hub family in April 2017 and since then, the team, clients and contractors alike have had the pleasure of working with Lewis. His hard work, thoroughness, reliability, and keen eye for detail just some of the many qualities he showcased on the job.
Outside of work, Lewis has been a pleasure to be around with his conscientiousness and dry sense of humour stand out qualities that we have all appreciated in his time with us.
Ian Hall, Framework Lead, had the following to say about Lewis’ time with the Hub:
“After 3 plus years as an Assistant Framework Manager in the NWCH, it is sad to see Lewis moving on. I wish him every success in the next stage of his career and I am sure that his reliability, commitment, drive and enthusiasm will serve him well in his new role . I speak on behalf of the Team, Clients and Contractors in thanking him for his contribution to the Hub over his time and he can look back with pride at what he has achieved during this period.”
Lewis himself closes out his time with the Hub with these words:
“During my time with NWCH, it’s been great to meet and learn from so many people from across the industry. I especially enjoyed working on best practice and innovation initiatives. Recently it’s been looking at carbon reduction, which gives us good reason to look at and improve the way things are done in projects. I wish the NWCH team and clients I’ve worked with future success!”
It’s safe to say Lewis will truly be missed and will be a credit to his new company. From everyone at the Hub, we wish Lewis all the best in his future career. Good luck Lewis!
